Talos
Introducing Talos — the AI Operation Layer

One operation layer that turns your scattered knowledge into a business that compounds.

We pull every document, spreadsheet, dashboard and the know-how that only lives in someone's head — and rebuild it as one AI operation layer. Custom dashboards, automations and software, shaped to how your team already works.

The AI Operation Layer

Eight tools. Forty tabs. One scattered brain. We pull it together.

Your knowledge lives in too many places to ever fully use. Talos captures it, structures it, and gives every department one place to work from.

About

The oldest story humans ever told about an intelligent system.

Talos was the bronze guardian forged for Crete. The first artificial mind in recorded thought, three millennia before the term was invented.

We did not name the firm after the AI category. We named it after the oldest story humans ever told about an intelligent system built to guard, to watch, and to keep the order. The same question every founder asks us has not changed in three thousand years. What sits underneath the operation. What watches the threshold. What survives when the people who built the firm are not in the room.

Most of what is sold as enterprise AI today is a feature glued onto a tool. A chatbot on a help page. An assistant in a sidebar. A workflow built on someone else's API. None of it is infrastructure. None of it remembers the firm. None of it survives a procurement review.

The operating layer

The operating layer is different. It sits beneath the tools. It knows the firm's templates, methods, and history. It can answer a question with a citation from the source. It enforces who sees what, who approves what, and what gets logged. It is the thing the firm runs on, not the thing the firm subscribes to.

We build that layer. Once. Properly. Then we hand it to your operator and stay on retainer if you want us nearby.

What did we agree on the Atlas SOW renewal?
12-month renewal at €18.4k/mo, 15% uplift, scope adds the data warehouse migration. Sarah flagged a 30-day notice clause she wants to remove — see thread 14 Apr.

Internal copilots that actually know your business

Trained on your contracts, briefs, SOPs and the know-how nobody wrote down. Your team asks; the copilot answers in your voice.

Mapping your workflows
01 — Discovery

We sit beside your team for two weeks. We map every system, every spreadsheet, every workflow that runs your business. The bottlenecks become obvious.

The cost of doing nothing

Who we work with

Built for information-heavy businesses  the ones drowning in their own knowledge.

01 / 9

Professional services

Law, consulting and advisory firms drowning in past briefs, matter notes and proposals. We surface the precedent that already exists.

Benefits

What changes when the operation layer is on.

Knowledge stops walking out the door

When Sarah leaves, what she knew stays. Onboarding becomes hours, not months.

Decisions on full context

Every meeting starts with the relevant history surfaced — no archaeology required.

Back-office overhead, halved

Billing, reporting, follow-ups, status updates — the work that has to happen, done quietly.

Software shaped to your workflow

No more bending the team to fit Salesforce. The tools fit the way you already work.

Insight, on tap

Market research, competitor moves, customer sentiment — distilled and delivered weekly.

Team capacity, recovered

Your best people stop being librarians. They get back to the work only they can do.

Of internal questions now answered without a human

Talos rebuilt the spine of how our advisory team works. We stopped losing context between meetings and our analysts got their evenings back. The dashboard alone changed how we run the Monday standup.

Client capacity at the same team size

We thought we needed more headcount. What we actually needed was the operation layer Talos built — the same team now serves four times the clients with less friction.

FAQ

Common questions before you book a call.

Didn't find what you were looking for? .

Consultants leave you with a deck. We leave you with running software — dashboards, automations and copilots wired into the systems your team already uses. Our retainer keeps building on that, not re-explaining it.

You don't need more people. You need a layer that remembers.

Tell us about your business. We'll come back within 48 hours with three concrete ways an operation layer would change your week.
